Early life and education
Jimena was raised in Veracruz alongside her siblings by their father who was a truck driver, and her mother who worked as a cashier at a local supermarket.
She became interested in playing soccer at a very early age, and joined her elementary school’s team not long after enrolling at the school.
Jimena also dreamed about becoming a model or an actress, and practiced her acting skills with the school’s drama club.
