Sistine Rose Stallone was born on 27 June 1998, in Los Angeles, California USA. Her parents are Jennifer Flavin, a former model, and the famous Oscar-nominated actor Sylvester Stallone. She is the middle of three daughters – her older sister is Sophia Rose, and her younger sister is Scarlet Rose.

She has two older half-brothers, Seargeoh and Sage. Sistine is of Italian, French, Irish and Polish ancestry and holds American citizenship.

Not much is known about her early life, as her parents tried to help her have a normal childhood, away from the spotlight.
