Early life and family

Mor Toledano was born in 1988, in Herzliya, Tel Aviv ‎Israel, into a family of Jewish Moroccan descent. She spent her early years living in Tel Aviv until she turned 12, when her parents decided to move to the US, settling in Sacramento, California. From a young age, Mor took a lot of music classes, learning how to play the violin and the piano; she also took vocal classes, but later stated that she couldn’t sing very well.
