Nadine Caridi was born on the 6th November 1962, in London, England; however, the family moved to the US and settled in Brooklyn, New York City, and she grew up in Bay Ridge, a neighborhood of Brooklyn, and went to John Dewey High School located next door in Gravesend. During his high school days, Jordan teamed up with friend Elliot Loewenstern to sell Italian icecream to people at a local beach. The two earned around $20,000 and he wanted to use the money to study at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. However, he left the university after few days, as the dean told him that the golden age of dentistry was over, and that if he was studying dentistry just to be able to earn big money, then he was in the wrong place.

Jordan started his career selling meat and seafood door-to-door on Long Island, New York. His sentence was lowered as he made a plea deal with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
