Guus Berend Til is a Zambian-born Dutch professional football player. He currently plays for the Dutch side PSV and the Netherlands national team. His playing position is a midfielder.

Guus Til played youth football for the Geinburgia and SV Diemen before making his professional debut with PSV on 4 August 2016. On 5 August 2019, he signed for Spartak Moscow on a 4-year contract for a reported transfer fee of €18 million (the third highest transfer fee in club history at the time) and went on to play two seasons at the club. At Spartak Moscow, he was loaned to two different clubs: SC Freiburg (in 2020-21 season) and Feyenoord (in 2021-22 season). On 4 July 2022, he signed a four-year contract with PSV for a reported transfer fee of €3 million.
