It hasn’t taken me down yet.” “If you or someone you love is affected by cancer, please feel free to reach out for it is an emotional rollercoaster unlike anything else. No rush to be perfect, no rush to be anything but who we were each moment to moment. We both just wanted it to be together. I never thought you would get sick. Even then, I never thought your time could be cut so short. This year you fought a lonely war, and every brutal effort was overcome. Even by your side every step, I don’t fully know all the things you endured in your graceful silence.”

“I am beside myself in the surrender of letting you go. You deserved a long inspired, playful, and joyful life, one that I really wanted to remain a part of. There are a few things I wanted to tell you, but hope that you already know. But most all of them are expressions of immense gratitude. Thank you, Love… for choosing me.” “Thank you for giving me the honor of your honest presence, experience, unconditional love, and partnership. To be loved by you and be believed in by you was the feeling of illumination. Your vibrant spirit supercharged and propelled those you loved toward the freest expressions of life’s wild beauty.
