Lewis was born to his parents in Redmond, Washington. His parents are Dallas and Dinah Lewis. Dinah is known as a former rocker who is still working as a singer and guitar player. He blessed with an only child. Blake belongs to Welsh, Swiss, German and Irish ancestry. He went to Kenmore Junior High and afterward Inglemoor High School in Kenmore, Washington. On 25th of Feb, 2013, it was declared that Lewis has made a contract along with Republic Records. He was about to release his third studio album Portrait in the year 2013 and the first single “Your Touch” on-aired on 26th February 2013 on an ad for Internet Explorer 10.
