Paige was raised in the US by her parents Ken and Shelly O’Brien – her father Ken is a former National Football League (NFL) quarterback, who is famous for the time he spent playing for the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets.

Paige has three siblings named Blake, Taylor and Kelly. She grew up wanting to become an actress, and studied at a local high school where she appeared in several plays. However, after she realized that she was not much of an actress, she ventured into the field of film editing, and after matriculation enrolled at a college and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2012.
