Early life and education

Audrey was raised an only child in Norco by her father Steve Murdick, who is a basketball coach at a local high school, and her mother Sally who works as a secretary at a local firm. She was bullied while attending elementary school because she was chubby, however, things changed after she enrolled at high school and started to lose weight, beginning to exercise and eat healthy foods.

She also started playing several sports such as soccer and handball, and was also getting good grades.

Career as an actress and fitness instructor

Upon matriculation, she dedicated herself to exercising, going to the gym several times per week and not enrolling at college, but worked several jobs for three years before she received her fitness certification, which allowed her to work as an instructor. She started working out with weights, becoming a bodybuilder and competing at local shows.
