Elizabeth grew up in West Newbury, where she was raised an only child by her father who is a lawyer and her mother who is working as an accountant.

She became interested in modelling at the age of seven, practicing posing in front of her bedroom mirror and while attending high school, she was physically active as she wanted to stay fit and be ready to launch her modelling career. She played several sports and served as her football team’s cheerleader for a year in 1995. Upon matriculation, she enrolled at Springfield College and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2001.
Career as a model and real estate agent
Elizabeth launched her modelling career while attending her final year at high school, but as she wanted to continue her education, she decided to do modelling only part-time so that she could attend college.
Upon graduating from Springfield College, she started working as a real estate agent and has been doing the same job for nearly 20 years now.

John was raised in West Newbury by his father John Felix Anthony Cena and his mother Carol Lupien, the second of four brothers. He studied at Central Catholic High School located in Lawrence, and upon matriculation enrolled at Springfield College, where he apparently met Elizabeth. He was playing football while attending college, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology in 1998.
John became a limousine driver and a bodybuilder after graduation, and then became a professional wrestler. He began competing in 2000 under the name ‘The Prototype’, winning his first Heavyweight Champion title in April and holding it for 27 days.
