Early life and education
Emma was raised in Atlanta an only child by her mother who is a theatre actress, and her father who is in the entertainment industry as well. Her mother enrolled her at a dancing school when she was only two years old, and Emma practice dancing until turning 13, when she switched to acting. She attended a local high school at which she played soccer for the school’s team, and also ran track and field. While attending her senior year, she was noticed by a modelling scout who invited her to attend a photoshoot.
Emma matriculated in 2013, and chose to focus on modelling rather than to enroll at college – she modeled for Vogue Italia and many other famous brands before she was noticed by a producer who gave her a chance to show her acting skills.
Career as an actress
Emma made her debut film appearance in 2013 when she portrayed Joann in the comedy film “Stuck” starring Joshua Mikel, Aaron Beelner and Mark Ashworth, and which is about Henry Robinson who comes home without a degree after four years of studying – the movie attracted very little attention.
In 2014 Emma made an uncredited appearance as District 13 in the action adventure science fiction movie “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1”, and a year later made two other uncredited appearances portraying Jessie’s Friend in the mystery science fiction movie “Project Almanac”, and Dauntless Rebel in the action adventure science fiction film “The Divergent Series: Insurgent”. In the same year, Emma portrayed Capitol Citizen in the sequel “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2”, followed by appearing as Sarah in the romantic family movie “Tiger Lily”.
At the end of 2015, she played the supporting character Nicole Ryan in the drama film “Sons 2 the Grave”.
Emma then guest starred as Elizabeth Franklin in the episode “I To Die, You To Live” of the drama series “Containment” and also in 2016 played Celine in the biographical drama film “I’m Not Ashamed”, starring Masey McLain, Ben Davies and Cameron McKendry, and which follows the true story of Rachel Joy Scott who was killed during the Columbine High School shooting on 20 April 1999.

In 2019, she guest starred as Niky Mabry in the episode “Get Out” of the crime series “Dead Silent” and not long afterwards, starred as Marilisa in the biographical drama movie “Unplanned”, which received mixed reviews.
In 2020, Emma was Sheila in the episode “Delivery” of the drama series “The Encounter”, and her most recent role has been in the drama series “Vindication”, in which she portrayed the supporting character Katie Travis in 2020 – Emma has also finished shooting for the drama movie “Order of Rights”, set to be released in the second half of 2020.
Love life and husband
Emma met Isaac McCready in 2013 at a pub at which he was playing with his band, and they began dating around one week later.
On 9 September 2016, the two married in a small ceremony attended by their closest friends and family; they agreed not to have children straight away, but to focus on their careers, however, after around two years they divorced for unknown reasons. Emma hasn’t talked about any men she might have dated since her split from Isaac, and so as of August 2020, she is single, has been married once, and doesn’t have children.
Isaac is a very religious Christian who became passionate about God when he was only six years old, and became passionate about music at the age of 12. He soon learned he was good at writing music, and at the age of 15 founded his band Laughter.
Isaac gained recognition after he was invited to write music for “Story of God the Musical”, which he was also invited to appear in.
Hobbies and other interests
Emma is religious and goes to church at least once a week. She is interested in writing music and singing, and while she was married to Isaac she occasionally sang with him and his band – she can also play both the ukulele and guitar.
Emma likes to travel and has been to many US states such as Arizona, Texas and California, and has vacationed in Europe on multiple occasions, staying in cities such as Paris in France, Dubrovnik in Croatia, and Athens in Greece.

She is a lover of animals and has a pet dog while her favorite animals are dolphins.
