His Iraqi immigrant parents, who owned two liquor stores, had other ideas for their son, and wanted him to stay in college. However, Brian decided to keep working towards his goals, and is quoted as having said ‘…I started grinding even harder. I wanted to prove to them that this could be a career‘.

Just months later, Brian started earning thousands of dollars from his YouTube videos, so his parents let him take a semester off college when they saw how serious Brian was about this work.

“Crimson” is the first of many movies that FaZe Clan is looking to release, having previously launched a film and tv studio, and also partnered with Quibi for a reality show entitled “Faze Up”. The plot revolves around a social media influencer, who moves into a new multimillion-dollar home, and discovers that his neighbors are clowns.
