The actress was born on 19 February 1985 as Haylie Katherine Duff under the zodiac sign, Pisces. She was born as the daughter of her parents Susan Colleen Duff and Robert Erhard “Bob” Duff in Houston, Texas, US. Her father owns convenience stores in his hometown along with his father while her mother is a film producer. As mentioned earlier, she has a younger sister Hilary Duff, an actress and singer too.
