Early life and education

Chachi was raised in Houston an only child by her mother who is a dancer, and her father who is a lawyer.

She became interested in dancing at a very early age, and when she turned six her mother enrolled her at a local dance studio, where she learned to dance ballet. Chachi was nine when she saw people dancing hip hop for the first time, and several of the people who she watched dance with the group Marvelous Motion would later create the dancing crew I.aM.mE with her.

She studied at Lanier Middle School where she began practicing hip hop, and after a year her mother enrolled her at Marvelous Motion Studios where she perfected her skills.

Career as a dancer

In 2011, Chachi and her colleague dancers were invited to dance at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards as a tribute to Britney Spears, and the following year saw her win the World of Dance 2012 Industry Award for Teen Choreographer of the Year, while she also appeared in the music video “School Girl” by Adam Irigoyen.

In 2013, Chachi could have been seen dancing in the music video “Thank You” by Jason Chen, while she was also invited to work as the choreographer of the dance for the song “We Are Monster High” performed by Madison Beer.
