Early life and education

James was raised as a single child in Newton, Massachusetts, by his American father who was an accountant, and his British mother who was an attorney.

James became interested in acting at the age of seve,n when he saw the adventure biography movie “Spartacus”, which starred Kirk Douglas and Laurence Olivier.
