Birth of Jennifer Joanne Metcalfe took place on Sep 4, 1982, in Bradford, England. She is an English actress. Jennifer Metcalfe joined the soap opera Hollyoaks in June 2006, playing Mercedes Mcqueen. She plays this role until today despite taking a break of 4 months from Nov 2014 to Feb 2015 when her role was killed off but later revealed to be still alive.
Jennifer Metcalfe also made appearances in the spin-off show ‘Hollyoaks Later’ between 2008 to 2012. She is also known for being third eliminated in the 6th series of ITV competition ‘dancing on ice’. Metcalfe has been active since 1998.

She was the 11th celebrity who was eliminated from the competition when she finished in the bottom 2 of the leaderboard along with fellow contestant Vanilla Ice who was saved by the judging panel. She declared that she was ready to leave her role on Hollyoaks in Aug 2014.
Her final series was aired on Nov 20, 2014, when Mercedes apparently murdered by gang star Grace Black. It was reported that Feb 2015 to be a ploy by the producers as a part of the dramatic new storyline involving Grace framing Freddie Roscoe for Mercedes murder. Which Metcalfe proceed to return to her regular role as a Mercedes on Feb 18, 2015. She went she maternity leave in 2017 and last seen on screen in July.

Colmic is an abbreviation of Colin (her late farher0 and Mick is the father of her partner.
