The personality who has earned a name in rapper and record artist was born as Dieuson Octave. He was born on 11 June 1997, in Pompano Beach, Florida, the United States. He has not availed much information on his parents, siblings, nor his early childhood days. However, while serving his jail period, he began to discover himself as a Hebrew Israelite after the prison ministry studied scripture with him. Then he decided and changed his name from ‘Dieuson Octave’ to ‘Bill K. Kapri’ legally on 2 May 2018.

Black released the single ‘Tunnel Vision’ in February 2017 which debuted at number 27 and peaked number 6 on top 10 hits on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number 17 on the Canadian Hot 100. In the same year, his debut studio album ‘Painting Pictures’ came out that charted number 3 on the Billboard 200 selling 71,000 copies in its first week.
In 2018, police arrested the rapper following a raid in his Florida House after a month later he released mixtape ‘Heart Break Kodak on the day of Valentines’ Day. The 22-year-old rapper had already been arrested many times and placed into a youth detention center thrice. He was arrested in 2015 with the charge of robbery, battery, possession of cannabis, and false imprisonment in Pompano Beach. Following that, he again got jail for possessing weapon by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana. In the same year, after a month, he was arrested in charge of armed robbery and false imprisonment in Broward County, Fl. For which, he has sentenced to four months in jail and suspended to drive for a year.
After releasing from Florida jail, he was sent to South Carolina to face the charge of sexual arrest. For the crime, he had spent months in jail and posted a $100 thousand bond with a return to court in February 2017. In 2019, police found him with weed and a Glock in his car while re-entering to the US from Canada. There are other cases charged him with drug possession and criminal activity for which he had gone jail and probation period as well.
