Ledley Brenton King professionally known as Ledley King is an English football coach and former player who was a one-club man, spending his entire career at Tottenham Hotspurs.   • He started playing football for the youth team of Senrab.
  • In 1996, he joined Tottenham Hotspurs as a trainee and progressed through the youth system.
  • He made his debut for the club in May 1999 in a 3-2 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
  • In November 2000 with his performances in central midfield Tottenham win over Liverpool by 2-1 which established himself as a regular on the Spur’s side.
  • In December 2000, he scored his first goal for Tottenham in a 3-3 draw away to Bradford City after just 10 seconds, setting a new Premier League record for the quickest goal which was finally beaten by Shane Long, scoring for Southampton on 23 April 2019 after only 7.69 seconds.
  • After injuring his knee in training before the start of the 2006-07 season, he did not start his season until mid-September.
