Early life and education
Magnus is being raised alongside his two younger brothers Mattias Paulin Ferrell and Axel Paulin Ferrell in the USA by their father and their mother Viveca Paulin, who is a Swedish actress.
Motivated by his parents who often took him onto the sets of their movies and TV series, Magnus became interested in acting at the age of five which is also when his parents enrolled him at an acting school, where he also practiced dancing and singing. Magnus was also there with his father when Will received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame back in 2015.
He is currently attending a private high school at which he is playing both soccer and baseball, and Magnus isn’t planning to enroll at a college after he matriculates from high school in 2022.
Career as an actor
Magnus has been credited with only two appearances in movies.
In 2013, he was cast to appear as the Sea World Kid in the comedy movie “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” which starred his father, Christina Applegate and Paul Rudd, and which was both directed and written by Adam McKay. The story follows the newsman Ron Burgundy who comes to host a 24-hour news show in New York City – the movie won Will an American Comedy Award for Best Comedy Actor – Film, and was nominated for 23 other awards.
