Marco Verratti is an Italian professional football player who plays for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and the Italy national team as a central midfielder. He started playing football for the youth team of Manoppello in 2000. In 2001, he joined the youth team of Manoppello Arabona and played until 2006. Later on, in 2006, he played for the youth team of Pescara and began his career at the club where he helped Pescara to win the 2011-12 Serie B and winning the 2012 Bravo Award. He has spent his entire professional career at Paris Saint-Germain, making over 300 appearances for the club.
