Childhood and education

Bitty was raised alongside her sibling in Mountainside by their father, who was a tennis player and their mother who was a banker; the two divorced when Bitty was 10. She grew up wanting to become an actress, watching movies and TV series with her parents, but after enrolling at a local high school, Bitty started playing tennis and excelling at it, winning competitions organized in New Jersey.

At the same time, she was a member of the school’s drama club, and appeared in most of the plays performed there.
