Childhood and education
Kaylyn was raised in Chicago by her parents Kristy and William Slevin, who are both humanitarians – she volunteered many times with them during her youth, hence her interest in doing charity work. Her parents are also interested in theatre, and Kaylyn attended numerous plays and musicals with them.
She was educated in a local high school, where she was physically active playing several sports such as soccer and volleyball, while dreaming about becoming a model. After enrolling at college, she became a supporter of the Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) organization, which was created to prevent students from taking bad decisions. She is also a member of The Hazing Prevention Organizations. Kaylyn began dancing when she was three years old, and this has helped her win several roles in TV series. Career as an actress
Kaylyn made her debut appearance at the age of seven, playing in a musical theatre, and it was around this time that she was advised by her teachers and friends to start modelling. Shortly afterwards, in 2010, she won a role in “The Incybers” film and was then cast to appear in the “Beast” short film in November.

She gained recognition after portraying Cindy in the “D.I.N.K.s” TV series in 2011 (D.I.N.K.s stands for ‘Double Income, No Kids’) which follows the story of a couple who are both working, have no children, and therefore have too much free time. She was then invited to portray Little Laurel in the “Ass Backwards” film in 2013, while she became somewhat famous after starring in the “LA Story” TV show in 2016.
She won her first recurring role in the “Chicken Girls” TV series in 2018, for which she is still shooting.
Modelling
Kaylyn is also famous for her modelling career – she has entered many beauty pageants, winning the 2017 Miss Malibu Teen USA, which was followed by her participation in the Miss California Teen USA pageant. Kaylyn is currently an official preliminary to both Miss America and Miss California, as she has been crowned Miss Ventura County Teen. Soon afterwards she was noticed by a modelling scout, and started appearing in commercials, now numbering more than 80 over the years.

Kaylyn has been dating Mycah Pittman, a former professional football player, for two years now. They met at a party in 2017, exchanged ‘phone numbers and chatted for a month before going on a date. They haven’t married, and neither has children.
