Noelle was raised in Minneapolis by her father who is a store owner, and her mother who is teaching at a local elementary school. She grew up wanting to become a model, and started reading girl magazines long before beginning high school. Noelle soon learned about dieting and how models are supposed to look, and at the age of 15 started eating healthily and going to the gym, where she focused on fitness exercises.
