Rafael Alexandre da Conceição Leão is a Portuguese professional football player who plays for Serie A club AC Milan and the Portugal national team as a forward. He started playing football for the youth team of Amora in 2006. In 2007, he joined the youth team of Foot 21 and played there for one season.
