Robyn was mostly raised in Indiana by her parents who are both involved in charity work. She spent a lot of time travelling with them around South America while they were on their charitable missions, and they motivated her to start working at food banks.
She doesn’t have any biological siblings, but has an adoptive sibling named Maggie who is from Guatemala. Robyn attended the Bishop Chatard High School in Indianapolis and was one of the best students there, while she was also physically active playing volleyball for the school’s team, and leading it to win a state title, with Robyn making it to the top five female volleyball players. After matriculation, even though she was offered a volleyball scholarship, she decided to attend a cosmetology institution.

He was raised by Jody and Gordon Scott Hayward with his twin sister Heather, who played tennis at Butler University. Gordon attended Brownsburg High School and played tennis, becoming all-states singles player two times. After a growing spurt, he switched to basketball and eventually became Indianapolis Star Player of the Year, receiving the IHSAA Arthur L. Strester Award. After matriculation, he accepted the scholarship offered by Butler University, joining their Butler Bulldogs team with whom he won the Horizon League in 2008-2009.
He quit college and in 2010 began playing in the NBA league for Utah Jazz after being chosen as the ninth overall pick in the 2010 Draft.
