Jannero wasn’t selected in the 2002 NBA Draft, however, he signed with the Los Angeles Lakers that year. In his rookie season, in 34 games and only 10 minutes per game, he managed to average just 2.5 points and 1.1 assists per game. The following year was even worse, as after 13 games he was traded to the Toronto Raptors. He didn’t stay there for too long, as his next team was the Chicago Bulls in the same season. That year, Jannero played in 13 games for the Bulls and had his best season in the NBA, with 13.5 points, 3.6 assists, and 2.1 rebounds per game. He played for the Bulls until 2005-2006, without any major influence on the game, and eventually signed with the New Orleans Hornets.

A Year in Europe, and Coaching
After the end of the 2007-2008 season in the NBA, Jannero signed a contract with the European team Dynamo Moscow, which competed in the Russian League, before the club was dissolved due to financial problems. His contract was worth $3.8 million over one year, which added a nice amount to his wealth. However, without any major success on the court, Jannero bought out his contract, and instead signed with the Greek champion, Olympiacos, but after five months he was released by the team.
Starting in September 2017, Jannero assumed the position of an assistant coach for the Windy City Bulls, which compete in the NBA G League. This lasted for two years before he was recruited by the Portland Trailblazers as their assistant coach.
Relationship Status and Net Worth
Following his split from Malaysia, Jannero has rarely talked about his personal aspirations and has been focused more on his career. According to reports, he is single, and in addition to his career, he is also focused on his children.
His career as a player and now coach have earned him a decent amount of money, and his wealth is estimated at over $4.5 million, as of early 2020.
