Steven became interested in movies while attending elementary school, and wanted to become a famous actor, just as most of his peers, however, this changed after he enrolled at a local high school and became interested in his father’s business. His passion for movies would later rekindle, but he chose to become a film producer rather than an actor. Upon matriculation in 1985, he enrolled at the State University of New York college, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989.
Steven’s career
Steven has served as the manager with many famous musicians, some of whom are Kurt Cobain, John Lennon and Smokey Robinson among others, but he is better known as a film producer.
He produced his first movie – “Above the Rim” – in 1994, which was directed and written by Jeff Pollack, and starred Duane Martin and Tupac Shakur. The movie follows a basketball star attending high school, whose brother is a drug dealer – it won Warren G a nomination for an MTV Movie Award for Best Movie Song. The following year saw Steven work on the documentary comedy film “Sommore: Bitch House”, directed by Rusty Cundieff, and in 1999 he was the producer of the drama film “That Championship Season” which was nominated for a Prism Commendation for TV Movies and Miniseries.
Steven then took a five-year break from work until he produced the romantic comedy movie “Mr 3000”, which is about an aging baseball star, and won one award and was nominated for five others.

Tamron became interested in journalism while she was attending elementary school, working for the school’s newspaper as well as volunteering at a local radio station.
Upon matriculation in 1988, Tamron enrolled at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism in 1992. She launched her career in the same year, as she joined the KBTX station in Bryan, Texas where she served as their general assignment reporter before moving to KTVT in Fort Worth, Texas. Tamron was nominated for an Emmy Award in 1999 for “The Bottom Line”, and in 2010 she won a Lew Klein Alumni in the Media Award given by Temple University, while she was nominated for another Emmy Award. In 2011, she was nominated for her third Emmy for “Education Nation: Teacher Town Hall”, while she won an Edward R. Murrow Award in 2016 for her show about domestic abuse. She could have been seen featured in a variety of magazines, such as “Ebony”, People”, and “The Huffington Post” among others.
Since her sister Renate was murdered in 2004, Tamron has been fighting against domestic violence. Her sister’s murderer hasn’t been brought to justice, but it is known that Renate was suffering from domestic abuse. Tamron has helped raise around $40,000 for the fight against abuse.
