Kishele was born under the zodiac sign of Aries on the 10th April 1989, in San Diego, California, the middle of three children of Cathy Marie and Kenneth Shipley. She is of American nationality, mixed ethnicity, and has two siblings, an older sister named Kenisha and a younger one named Kasandra.

After playing for the Spurs for seven consecutive seasons Kawhi, who earned the nickname ‘Klaw‘, transferred to the Toronto Raptors in July 2018. He quickly earned his place on the rooster, and eventually led his team to the Eastern Conference Finals, while raising his career-high record to 45 points in a single game. Under his leadership, the Raptors easily roamed through the NBA Playoffs and earned their place at the 2019 NBA Finals where they clashed against the Golden State Warriors and claimed the title.
Apart from his second NBA Championship title, Kawhi was also honored with the NBA Finals MVP Award, the second time in his career.
In July 2019, Kawhi signed a three-year long playing contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, valued at $103 million. In January 2020 in a win over the Miami Heat, he made his first triple-double, while later in February at the 2020 NBA All-Star Game, he was rewarded with the NBA All-Star Game Kobe Bryant Most Valuable Player Award.
Additionally, in November 2018 Kawhi Leonard signed a $22 million four-year deal with the famous American sports apparel brand New Balance, and released his own line of sneakers.
