Shawn spent the first four years of his life in Lincoln, where he was raised an only child by his parents Cynthia and Jim who were both truckers, and after they received a job offer in San Antonio in Texas, the family moved there before eventually moving to California where Shawn matriculation from a local high school, at which he was physically active as he played a variety of sports, while also practicing acting under the tutorage of Jane Seymour, a famous British actress.
