Acting
Colombe is best known for her roles when she was a child actress. In the film series “The Mighty Ducks,” she played Julie ‘The Cat’ Gaffney; her movie debut was in 1993’s “Rookie of the Year” as Becky Fraker.
In 1994, she was cast in “D2: The Mighty Ducks” as a hockey player, and in 1996, she reprised her role in “D3: The Mighty Ducks.”

Sam Weisman directed the 1994 film, but he did not return as director for the 1996 sequel; instead, Robert Lieberman took directorship of the project. The film follows the Mighty Ducks hockey team after they are awarded scholarships to a prestigious prep school. The opportunity causes friction because the organization can no longer have their freestyle way of playing, having to play in a disciplined manner according to the school’s coach, and they need to wear the school’s uniform. Their new coach is Ted Orion, portrayed by Jeffrey Nordling. Their star player, Charlie (played by actor, Joshua Jackson), decided to quit the team, forcing their previous coach, Gordon Bombay (portrayed by Emilio Estevez) to rejoin the team and lead them to victory.
While completing her culinary training, Colombe worked as an actress and appeared in movies such as “Moonlight Mile,” as Hannah Allen, in “Searching for Haizmann” and “Men in Black II.”
She played video store clerk, Hailey, in 2002’s “Men in Black II,” which was directed by Barry Sonnenfeld. Main characters, Jay (Will Smith) and Kay (Tommy Lee Jones) come together in this sequel to fight the common enemy of a seductress. Investigating a routine crime leads to Jay uncovering a plot masterminded by Serleena (played by Lara Flynn Boyle) who is a Kylothian monster capable of disguising itself as a lingerie model, and is considered one of the most challenging villains to beat in the MIB universe.
After Sarleena takes the entire MIB building hostage, Jay is forced to turn to his former MIB partner, Kay.
Colombe’s other major role in 2002 was as Patty in the film “Moonlight Mile”; the movie was directed by Brad Silberling and starred Jake Gyllenhaal as Joe Nast, and follows Joe who decided to change his wedding plans after an unexpected loss, and goes on a journey to become the man he thinks everybody wants him to be. He has this idea that he must be the perfect husband and perfect son-in-law to JoJo (Susan Sarandon) and Ben (Dustin Hoffman). However, the plot thickens when a woman unexpectedly enters his life, and Joe is forced to choose between following his heart and fulfilling his new role.
In 2007, Colombe played Nadia in “Descent”, directed by Neil Marshall, and containing heavy topics, including trauma. Sarah – played by Shauna Macdonald – goes on a trip to North Carolina, a year after an incident which caused severe emotional trauma. There Sarah and her friends decide to explore some caves, and the further down they venture, the more cave paintings they find. These paintings prove that civilization existed and was different from what we now commonly know. The paintings also show that the girls are not alone underground – there are predators in the caves, who crave human flesh.
“The Living Wake” came along in 2007, directed by Sol Tryon, and stars Jesse Eisenberg and Mike O’Connell. The movie follows the main character, a self-professed genius by the name of K. Roth Binew, after his doctor advises him that he does not have much time left to live, so he begins making preparations for his imminent death. Colombe plays a prostitute in the film.
In 2014, Colombe appeared as Lisa in “Chef,” about Carl Casper (played by Jon Favreau) who quits his position as a chef at a prestigious Los Angeles restaurant after the owner’s – played by Dustin Hoffman – controlling nature pushes him too far.
The chef goes on a journey to find himself and his passions, traveling to Miami where he teams up with his ex-wife (Sophia Vergara), his son (Emjay Anthony) and his best friend (John Leguizamo) to begin his own food-truck business. His travels give him a fantastic opportunity to do something on his own, and still have fun doing it.

In 2007, Colombe competed in “The Next Food Network Star.” She has also hosted multiple cooking shows on FoodNetwork.com. She also hosts her food-related blog and website, Colombe du jour.
In 2018, she began working as a chef in New York.
Personal life
According to sources, Colombe was dating fellow actor, Jack Kehler after they worked together on the movie, “Men in Black II.” They were a couple on-screen, and many felt that their chemistry carried over into their real-life relationship with one another. She married her husband, Jeffrey Lefleur, in a private ceremony. No details have been released about their relationship or their wedding. Not much is known about her husband, other than that he is American, and isn’t at all involved in the ‘showbiz’ industry. They have two children together; son, Xander and daughter, Delphine. The family currently lives in New York.

For her role as Julie in the final two installments of the “Mighty Ducks”trilogy, for six weeks Colombe received private tutoring for skating – Grant Milvey from the Chicago Blackhawks was her private tutor.
