Early life and education
Haley was raised in Austin an only child, by her mother who is a former singer and dancer and whom she refers to as ‘Mommy Pham’, and her father who was a lawyer – Haley is very close to her mother, and the two spend a lot of their free time together.
Haley became interested in dancing while attending elementary school, and was 11 years old when she started taking dance lessons. She also became interested in acting, and was a member of her school’s drama club, while still mostly focused on dancing.
