Nathan Kress grew up in Glendale, California alongside two brothers. At a young age, all the siblings aspired for a career in show business, with Nathan being the earliest to be encouraged to act due to his memorizing ability, showcasing by how easily he could re-enact scenes he saw on television to his family. He signed with a talent agent, and began working mainly in advertising. He also had a few voice-over roles, one of his earliest voicing Easy in “Babel Pig in the City” when he was six years old.
