Who is Aryan Khan?

Indian actor Aryan Khan was born in Mumbai, India, on 13 November 1997, making Scorpio his zodiac sign. He’s probably only known for being the son of famous Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan, an Indian film producer and fashion designer.

Education and early life

Aryan was raised alongside his younger siblings AbRam and Suhana Kham in Mumbai by their parents who, although highly active in the film industry, still found time to spend with their children.

Aryan studied at Dhirubhai Ambani International School prior to moving to England with his family, where he studied at Sevenoaks School. He mostly became interested in acting thanks to his parents who often took him to their movie sets; Aryan matriculated in 2016, and then enrolled at University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2020.

Aryan’s career

Aryan launched his acting career in 2001 aged three, when cast to play Young Rahul in the romantic musical movie “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…”, written and directed by Karan Johar, and which starred his father Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Amitabh Bachchan. It follows wealthy Rahul who’s been disowned by his father because he has married a poor woman, while Rahul’s younger brother Rohan’s now trying to reunite the family; the movie won 30 of its 77 award nominations.

In 2006, Aryan appeared in the romantic movie “Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna”, written and directed by Karan Johar, and which again starred his father and Amitabh Bachchan. It follows the marriage of former Football Player Dev and successful fashion editor Rhea, as well as the marriage of event planner Rishi and kindergarten teacher Maya; the movie won 14 of its 52 award nominations.

The year 2014 heard Aryan voice Tej in the animated movie “Hum Hain Lajawaab”, and he won a Best Dubbing Voice Artist Award for his performance.

In 2019, he voiced Simba in the Hindi version of the critically acclaimed 2019 animated adventure movie “The Lion King”, while his father voiced Mufasa. The film was directed by Jon Favreau, while its original version starred Donald Glover, Beyonce and Seth Rogen; it’s the same movie as that from 1994, but with rather different animation, and it won 21 of its 55 award nominations.

In December 2022, Aryan revealed that he, Leti Blagoeva and Bunty Singh had launched their company Slab Ventures, and were to make and sell their own premium vodka D’Yavol through the largest brewery in the world, Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Life of controversy

Aryan’s youngest sibling was born via surrogacy in 2013, and rumors then began circulating the internet, claiming that Aryan and his Romanian girlfriend were the real parents of the child; his father Shah went on to address the rumors, stating that none of them were true.

A video was uploaded onto the internet in 2013, seemingly showing Aryan and Indian model and social media star Navya Nanda having sex; it was then revealed that these weren’t actually Navya and Aryan, but rather people who resembled them.

Aryan was arrested on 3 October 2021 in Mumbai, for consuming and being in possession of drugs at a rave party; he cried during the interrogation, and revealed that he had been using drugs for four years. He was granted bail on 28 October, but was cleared of all charges in 2022.

Aryan’s an Instagram star, as more than 2.7 million people are following him on the network today, though he’s posted only 29 pictures and videos, with most showing him during his everyday life.

He’s been active on Twitter since September 2010, and has tweeted nearly 400 times; he mostly uses Twitter to share inspirational quotes with his fans.

More than 80,000 people are following Aryan on Facebook today, while his most recent update was on 31 March 2023.

He’s also active on TikTok, with more than 2.3 million people following him on this social media network, while he’s amassed over 56 million likes of all his videos combined; most of these show Aryan dancing and pulling pranks on his friends.

Aryan hasn’t spoken of the girls whom he’s maybe dated, which is why his fans have started various rumors on the internet concerning his past and present relationships, as well as his sexual orientation.

Many people believe that Aryan’s been in a relationship with above mentioned Navya Naveli Nanda since 2020, as the two have featured each other in many of their Instagram pictures, and have also often been seen spending time together in public; both Aryan and Navya have denied these rumors, claiming that they’re only good friends.

He likes snow, which is perhaps why winter’s his favorite season.

Aryan exercises at the gym four to five times a week, thus his muscular body.

He likes to watch Hollywood movies, and some of his favorite actors are Keanu Reeves, John Travolta and Al Pacino, while some of his favorite films include the trilogy “The Matrix”, “Fight Club” and the trilogy “The Godfather”.

Aryan’s age is 25. He has brown eyes and black hair, is 5ft 11ins (1.8m) tall and weighs around 160lbs (73kgs).

Aryan’s net worth’s been estimated at over $100,000 as of April 2023, and his father’s at more than $600 million.
