He met British-born American model Nadine Caridi before his divorce, and it is believed that he cheated on Denise with her which led to their separation.
Nadine and Jordan married in 1991 not long after his divorce. and she gave birth to their two children Carter and Chandler, but they divorced in 2005.
Three years later, Jordan married Anne ‘Bobanny’ Koppe, and they’re still together late in 2020.

About Jordan Belfort
Jordan grew up in Bayside, Queens, New York City, and he started making money at a very early age, as his best friend Elliot Loewenstern and he made around $20,000 by selling Italian ice at a beach. Jordan attended American University from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in biology, and then with the money he earned started attending the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, but after the University’s dean told Jordan that he wouldn’t make a lot of money by being a dentist, Jordan decided to quit.
He started working as a door-to-door meat salesman, and then founded his own company but went bankrupt at the age of 25. He joined the investment banking company L. F. Rothschild as a trainee stockbroker but was let go, and so founded the company Stratton Oakmont as part of Stratton Securities, and later purchased the majority in the main company. He turned Stratton Oakmont into a boiler room which defrauded numerous investors – it’s believed that Jordan managed to steal over $1 billion. Starting from 1989 Jordan was investigated by the police, and in December 1996, his company was closed by the National Association of Securities Dealers, while Jordan was charged with money laundering and securities fraud in 1999.
After almost two years in Taft Correctional Institution, Jordan made a deal to pay back around $110 million to the people he tricked – he was ordered to pay half of his income until the entire sum was paid off.
After being released from prison, Jordan started giving motivational speeches, and has since toured around the world. He also wrote his second book “Catching the Wolf of Wall Street: More Incredible True Stories of Fortunes, Schemes, Parties and Prison” released on 24 February 2009.
Jordan was once the owner of the luxury yacht “Nadine” which sank in June 1996 – the yacht was initially built for Coco Chanel.
