Cameron is being raised in Los Angeles, California, the only child of her father who is a theatre actor and her mother who is teaching English at a local high school. She became interested in acting at a very early age, and was noticed by a scout while she was performing in a school play at the age of eight.
She was instantly cast to portray Mary in 22 episodes of the comedy series “The Jim Gaffigan Show”, created by the famous actor and stand-up comedian Jim Gaffigan, who also stars in the series alongside Ashley Williams and Michael Ian Black.
