He works on his quads on his fifth day, exercising with leg extensions, leg press and standing lunges among others.
Chris is extremely careful and pedantic regarding his diet plan, and usually eats the same six meals each day, months before he is about to compete, as he believes that this way he can notice exactly what his body needs. When he is not competing, he will not pay that much attention to his intake of calories and fats, but still won’t eat fast food or too many sweets. He usually aims at having seven meals per day, while trying to reach 6,000 calories mostly from potatoes, rice and chicken meat.
Chris usually has egg whites and oats for breakfast, followed by chicken, rice, and mixed vegetables. His third meal is normally fish, sweet potato, and mixed vegetables, once again followed by his pre-workout meal made-up of white fish and rice. He takes a protein shake after his exercises made out of 100 percent Whey Isolate, while his sixth meal is chicken, sweet potato, broccoli and asparagus. His final meal of the day resembles his breakfast, as he eats two egg whites, three whole eggs, and mixed vegetables.
