Although born in Memphis, he went to Stapley Junior High School in Mesa, Arizona, then to a community college, but eventually young Garrett moved to California, where he enrolled at the University of California, Los Angeles, to study filmmaking. Interested in camera and video from an early age, he didn’t start his YouTube career until 2012, but it wasn’t until 2016 that he really became focused on making a name for himself on YouTube.
Career Beginnings
The first few of his videos didn’t even feature himself, but a woman named Coco. The first video that featured himself was uploaded in March 2014, but also his then-girlfriend Colleen Evanson. However, it was in June of 2016 that he made an official introduction video, and from that day on he has uploading as regularly as he could. Garrett began uploading funny videos which soon garnered him the attention he sought. He created a series of videos under the title “Will It Combo”, in which he would combine salty and sweet food, such as Ice Cream and Nachos.

However, after four months Garrett announced that a death had occurred in the family, and that this was keeping him out of YouTube. Actually his uncle had passed away from stage four pancreatic cancer.

It looks like Garrett has disappeared once again; his latest video was uploaded in March 2020, which featured Garrett trying to create a rap song in just 24 hours with the help of his friends. All of his fans are now calling him to return to making videos, but for now, Garrett is staying away from all the buzz.
