Age, Early Life, and Education Background
Lindsey Shaw hails from Lincoln, Nebraska, and was born under the Taurus zodiac sign on 10 May 1989, which makes her 34 years old as of 2023; she hasn’t revealed the names of her parents or any other relatives. Lindsey became interested in acting when she was a child. and reportedly signed with a Kansas City-based talent agency when she was nine. At the age of 13, Lindsey and her mother relocated to Los Angeles to begin her career, and where Shaw was introduced to the acting coach, Jeremiah Comey, who became her mentor. Comey later referred her to Pat Cutler, who became her manager.

In 2004, Lindsey made her TV debut starring as Jennifer ‘Moze’ Mosely in the live-action sitcom “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide”, which follows the adventures of the James K. Polk School students, Ned (played by Devon Werkheiser), and his friends Cookie and Moze – Ned shares tricks and tips on surviving middle school. Shaw appeared in all three seasons of the show, which aired on the pay TV channel, Nickelodeon, and shared the screen with Daniel Curtis Lee, Rob Pinkston and Kyle Swann among others. After her stint in the show, Lindsey was cast as Claire in the short-lived teen sitcom “Aliens in America,” which aired for 18 episodes on The CW. In 2009 and 2010, Shaw starred as Kat Stratford in Carter Covington’s TV sitcom “10 Things I Hate About You.”
“Pretty Little Liars” and Other Works
From 2011 to 2017, Lindsey portrayed a lesbian character named Paige in the mystery TV series “Pretty Little Liars”. She discussed her role and experience in the series in a 2011 interview in which she stated, ‘Playing a lesbian character is obviously relevant right now. There are so many equality issues and issues with gay teens being bullied, and I feel like the media has always been a leader in helping shape people’s attitudes …And being given the opportunity to play a lesbian character, I really took it seriously.’ She performed the song “So What” in the episode “Person of Interest” of the show, and for her performance in the series, was jointly nominated for two TV Guide Awards in the categories of Favorite Ensemble and Favorite Duo.
