Brian Flores is an American football coach who served as the head coach of the NLF team, Miami Dolphins from 2019 to 2021. He is currently the senior defensive assistant and linebackers coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He started his coaching career as special teams assistant for the New England Patriots in 2008. He later held several assistant coaching positions for the Patriots until 2018. He was part of the Patriots coaching staff that won Super Bowls XXXIX, XLIX, LI, and LIII.
