Early life and education
Kamilla was raised as a single child in Vancouver by her father who is a lawyer, and her mother who is working at a local high school.

Kamilla became interested in acting at the age of five, when she began watching TV with her mother, and when she started attending elementary school, she became interested in modelling as most of her female peers wanted to become famous models, and were reading teen magazines. Kamilla attended St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School while she also took classes at a local acting school.
Kamilla had good grades at school, but was also very sporting, playing soccer and volleyball as well as running track.
