Early life and education
Jessica was raised in Grimsby alongside her brother Louis and her half-brother Elvis from her mother’s first marriage by Ozzy and their mother Thelma Riley. Ozzy met Thelma at a nightclub and they married in 1971 while Ozzy later referred to the marriage as ‘a terrible mistake’. He went on to marry Sharon Arden on 4 July 1982, while Jessica and her brother were mostly raised by Thelma because of Ozzy’s addiction to drugs and alcohol. From his subsequent marriage, Jessica has three half-siblings.
She attended a public high school in London where she became interested in the film industry while she was also learning to play the guitar and the piano. Upon matriculation in 1997, she enrolled at a college and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2001.
Career as an actress
Jessica has been keeping her career away from the spotlight and she has worked in many film departments such as costume and wardrobe, make-up, and script and continuity while she is also a writer and a director.
She made her debut film appearance in 2004 when she portrayed Alex in the short film “Yellowville” followed by her roles in several other short movies such as “Immersion” in 2004, “Phone Friends” in 2006, and “Between” in 2006 as well.

John Michael ‘Ozzy’ Osbourne was born in Birmingham, England on 3 December 1948 – his zodiac sign is Sagittarius and he holds British nationality. Ozzy came under the spotlight in the ‘70s when he was the lead vocalist of Black Sabbath, a heavy metal band.
Ozzy was raised alongside his three older sisters and two younger brothers in Birmingham by their father John Thomas ‘Jack’ Osbourne who was a toolmaker, and who died in 1977, and their mother Lilian who was a factory worker and who died in 2001.
He suffered from dyslexia while attending elementary school, and at the age of 11 he was raped by school bullies. Ozzy found comfort in acting, and joined the school’s drama club and appeared in plays such as “The Mikado” and “HMS Pinafore”. He heard the Beatles play when he enrolled at a high school, and when he was 15, he quit school and worked several jobs to financially support himself, such as being a plumber, toolmaker, and abattoir worker among others. He began stealing and after being caught, was sentenced to 40 days in Winson Green Prison, as he wasn’t able to pay the fine.
His first band Rare Breed was founded in 1967 but was soon disbanded, and several of the band members went on to found the band Polka Tulk Blues which was later renamed to Earth before finally being renamed to Black Sabbath. They released their debut eponymous album on 13 February 1970 followed by their second album “Paranoid” in September while their third album “Master of Reality” was released in July 1971 and it became a huge hit in both the US and the UK. The first album which was praised by the critics was “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath”, which came out in November 1973 and it is still considered their best album of all.
In 1978, Ozzy left Black Sabbath to work on his solo career, but after only a year rejoined Sabbath after his band members told him they needed him, however, after having various disagreements with his colleagues, he was fired from the band on 27 April 1979.
He went on to work on his solo career, but reunited with his Black Sabbath band members on 11 November 2011, while their farewell tour “The End” was organized in January 2016.
Ozzy has received numerous awards for his contributions to music. He won a Grammy Award in 1994 and a Godlike Genius Award in 2004 while the year 2005 saw him inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame, and in the following year into the USA Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame. He received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on 27 April 2012.
Ozzy has had many health problems, mostly caused by his addiction to cocaine and alcohol, and in February 2019 he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. In February 2020, he cancelled his tour around North America as he was hospitalized in Switzerland, where he stayed until April.
