Valentina Angelina Jonas is the younger child of Kevin Jonas, musician and actor, and his wife Danielle Deleassa, a TV personality, jewelry designer, and a former hairdresser. Born Paul Kevin Jonas II on the 5th November 1987, in Teaneck, New Jersey USA, he has three younger siblings whom you already know – Joe born in 1989, then Nick in 1992 and Frankie, whose birthday is on the 28th September 2000.
Nick, Joe, and Kevin are al members of the band the Jonas Brothers, while Frankie is building a career on his own as a studio engineer, having previously finished the Blackbird Academy in Nashville, obtaining a degree in audio engineering. Kevin’s parents are Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. and his wife, Denise Marle; his father is a former ordained minister, songwriter and musician, while his mother is a former sign language teacher and singer.
Start of His Career
Together with Nick and Joe, Kevin worked on music, but although the single “Please Be Mine” was a failure, nevertheless the three brothers were signed by Columbia records.
At the time they didn’t have a name for the band, but eventually settled on the name Jonas Brothers. Their debut album, “It’s About Time” failed to make an impact, and so they were dropped by the record label. However, the band continued to exist, and their hard work paid off with their second release, a self-titled album “Jonas Brothers” (2007), and it achieved platinum status in the USA, while it landed at No. 5 on the US Billboard 200 chart. It didn’t take much for Kevin to become a star on TV; he launched his own shows – “Jonas”, and “Married to Jonas” (2012-2013) – which featured his wife and followed their life together. He worked on several other projects, including the show “Celebrity Apprentice” (2015), however, his career on reality TV didn’t last that long, as the band reunited in 2019, and he went back to focusing entirely on creating new music.

The hiatus had lasted for around six years before the three brothers united their talents once again. Their new song “Sucker” was released the day following the announcement of the reunion, while the full-length album came just three months later, “Happiness Begins”, and which regained the glory of their past releases as it also topped the Billboard chart. They are now working on the sixth album, the title of which is yet to be revealed, though some have said that it might be named “What a Man Gotta Do”, which is also the name of their newest single, released earlier in 2020.
Furthermore, Kevin and other brothers have penned the joint memoir “Blood”, on which they collaborated with the famous author, journalist, and ghostwriter Neil Strauss. Kevin also started another band, the dance-rock group DNCE, which also consists of Jack Lawless, Cole Whittle, and JinJoo Lee
