WILDCAT was raised as only child in Indiana, by his father who worked as a mailman, and his mother who was a cashier at a local market.
He became interested in playing video games at a very early age, and mostly spent his free time with his friends who were also gamers rather than with those who played sports. WILDCAT soon found out that he was better than all his friends at any given game, but didn’t at that time consider launching a career on the internet, as it still wasn’t a thing back then. He started playing sports during his second year at high school. but after matriculation in 2010, WILDCAT found a job to financially support himself before starting to be active on YouTube, and steadily gather subscribers.
Career as a YouTuber and other ventures
WILDCAT launched his channel on 25 September 2011, and there are now over 7.66 million people subscribed to it, while it also counts over 2.1 billion views of all his videos combined. As he has described it in his description section, WILDCAT’s primary goal is to entertain and make his fans laugh, so his currently most popular video “THE COOLEST 10 YEAR OLD KID RETURNS in Fortnite: Battle Royale! (CONNOR IS BACK and HE IS SASSY!!)” has been viewed nearly 10 million times since 30 April 2018. WILDCAT has played around 50 games on his channel, some of which are “Battlefield 1”, “Call of Duty: Black Ops 4” and “Ghost Recon: Wildlands”.
WILDCAT also had another YouTube channel – “WILDCATLetsPlays” – which was hacked by the Chuckling Squad Group in September 2019 and has since been removed from YouTube.
He is a member of The Vanoss Crew, which is a group of YouTubers who are focused on uploading gaming content – a few of the crew’s main members are VanossGaming, H20 Delirious, Mini Ladd, BasicallyIDoWrk and Lui Calibre. WILDCAT is known as the group’s ‘most toxic member’, for his constant cursing and his pessimistic views.
WILDCAT is active on Instagram, and is followed by over 1.6 million people, while his Twitter account counts more than 1.7 million followers. He has a TikTok account but has gathered only 130 followers, as people don’t find his gaming short-videos interesting. He is a Twitch streamer who has spent nearly 300 hours streaming, and has gathered over 640,000 followers and 2.8 million views of all his livestreams combined – his highest recorded number of concurrent viewers is 31,024. Three of the games he plays the most on Twitch are “Fortnite”, “Call of Duty WWII” and “Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds”.
WILDCAT is also a co-owner of the energy drink Glitch.
Love life and girlfriend
WILDCAT has been in a relationship with the non-celebrity girl Kelly since 2015, and it’s widely believed that the two were introduced by a mutual friend at a house party. Kelly and WILDCAT are living together with their three dogs Archie, Chief and Kino, and it appears that the two have agreed not to marry and not to have children, so that they could both focus on their careers.
Kelly can be found on Instagram under the username ‘nilkynilk’, on which she’s followed by almost 75,000 people, mostly uploading pictures of their dogs, flowers, and WILDCAT.
He hasn’t talked about any other girls he might have dated, so as of October 2020, WILDCAT is in a relationship with Kelly, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.
Accidents, hobbies and other interests
In April 2010, WILDCAT was involved in a four-wheeler accident and ended up being in a coma and had to undergo a splenectomy, a procedure in which a part or the entire spleen is removed from under one’s rib cage.
He is a huge fan of fast cars and has a Corvette, but doesn’t drive it too often as he spends most of his time playing video games – it is his girlfriend who usually convinces him to go outside, have dinner at a restaurant or travel to another state, which is something he rarely does.
