After his breakthrough, he started his journey with Persebaya (1927) U-18 and won the East Java Regional Youth League in 2007. Furthermore, in the same year, Andik held gold medals to the city of Surabaya in the Provincial Sports Week. In 2008, the national sports week became a turning point to Vermansah, as he brought a gold medal home for East Java.
