She is the daughter of Eugene Constantino ‘Gene’ D’Angelo, who was a bass player and TV station manager at WBNS-TV, and Priscilla Ruth, a violinist. She has three brothers named Tim, Tony and Jeff. She is the granddaughter of architect Howard Dwight Smith, known for designing Ohio Stadium. She went to Upper Arlington High School.

Career Beginnings

Prior to becoming an actress, Beverly worked as an illustrator at Hanna-Barbera Studios. She then spent some time working as a backup singer for Ronnie Hawkins’ rock band ‘The Hawks’.
