Steven was raised alongside his three half-siblings Chase, Madison and Jesse Robitaille, by his father Chad McQueen who was an actor and a movie producer, and his mother Stacey Toten who was a housewife. Steven was born into a family of famous actors as his grandfather was Steve McQueen who starred in movies such as “The Cincinnati Kid”, “The Sand Pebbles” and “The Towering Inferno”, while his grandmother was Neile Adams, an actress and dancer, known for her roles in “Women in Chains” and “Chu Chu and the Philly Flash”.

From 2014 to 2016, Steven dated Olivia Pickren, an actress known for her portrayal of Madeleine in the mini-series “#ThisIsCollege”, and then went on to date Allie Silva, even proposing in 2018, however, they split around a month later.
