Early life and education
Jada was raised alongside her siblings in Kingston by their father who was a factory worker, and their mother who worked as a cashier at a local supermarket.

She became interested in music at a very early age, as her parents listened to music nearly all the time at home, while her brothers usually listened to rap. Something happened to Jada while she was attending high school – she was sexually attacked by an unknown man, and has since been trying to cope with it. Jada is also suffering from bipolar disorder and although many of her fans suffering from the same condition are looking up to her for advice and tips, Jada has claimed in an interview for The Fader that she is struggling with the condition every day, and is not the kind of person they should be referring to when it comes to fighting it.
She matriculated from high school in 2016, and then chose not to enroll at a college but to focus on her singing career.
Jada started working as a model while still attending high school, while she was also a dancer. She made her transition to music in 2017, and gained recognition after the release of her hit singles “Love Situations” and “Unwanted” – the songs are very popular on YouTube, and have gathered millions of views.
In early 2018, Jada released her next single “Wull On”, followed by two other singles “Best You Ever Had (B. Y. E. H.)” and “Banana” – the latter became a hit and has been viewed close to 3.2 million times on YouTube. In December of the same year, Jada’s two songs “Medicine” and “One Time” came out, while she has recently released her debut extended play (EP), but has stated that she won’t be releasing any new Eps, but will focus on releasing albums and singles as well as collaborating with other musicians.
Jada is very active on Instagram, and is followed by more than 1.4 million fans, while she’s uploaded close to 200 pictures, most of which have her face and big breasts in focus. She has been active on Twitter since January 2015, and has gathered over 110,000 followers, while she tends to tweet at least once every day. Jada is followed by more than 115,000 people on Facebook, while her TikTok account numbers around 165,000 followers, and more than 900,000 likes of all her pictures and videos combined.
Love life and husband
Jada is more or less secretive when it comes to her love life, but it’s known that she was once dating the African Kayode Yajuar who might be known better by his Instagram name Blacktycoone. Kayode is a close friend of Davido, a famous Nigerian singer, and it’s believed that Davido introduced the two at a party, and that they started dating only several days later – they were together for around a year before splitting ways.
Today, Jada is in a relationship with the Puerto Rican rapper Verse Simmonds, who is also a composer, record executive and record producer – Verse is very successful, and his music has won him nominations for two Grammy Awards.
The two have been dating for several years now, and just recently in September 2020, Jana had Verse’s name tattooed on her neck. There are rumors circulating the internet that Verse has become Jada’s husband, but these haven’t been confirmed.
As of October 2020, Jada is in a relationship with Verse Simmonds, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.
Hobbies and other interests
Jada spends most of her time working on her music, but is also keen on working out at the gym, as she has four to five training sessions each week, and is following a somewhat strict diet as she wants to remain fit.
One of her favorite hobbies is travelling, and she mostly enjoys travelling around Africa, having been there on many occasions and visited numerous countries.
Jada is a lover of animals, but doesn’t have a pet because she lacks time to take proper care of it.
Summer is her favorite season, as she likes to show off her body at the beach, go swimming or play beach volleyball.
