Early life, parents and education
Rachel was raised alongside her younger sister Gracie Noe in the US, by her father who was an accountant, and her mother who worked as a clerk in a lawyer’s office. Rachel became interested in modelling while attending elementary school as she started reading girly magazines with her peers, while her teachers and parents kept telling her about how beautiful she was, and that she could become a model one day.
She became physically active when at high school, as she wanted to stay fit and shape her body – she played soccer and tennis, and was eventually noticed by a modelling scout who invited her to her first photoshoot.
Having already launched her modelling career, Rachel didn’t attend college after matriculating in 2011.
Rachel initially made money by advertising companies on websites such as Union Bay, and she soon became a fashion and beauty blogger before becoming a full-time model.

Rachel loves to listen to music and is keen on going to festivals and camping at them – she attended the 2018 Coachella music festival with her best friend Julia, and uploaded pictures of them together onto her Instagram account.
She is a lover of animals, with cats being her favorites, and has had several pet cats while she is down to only one today.
