Gun Chic was raised in the USA alongside her sister and her three brothers by their father who is working at a gun shop and their mother who is a housewife – Gun Chic was the closest to her father of the five siblings, which is how she became interested in weapons.
Gun Chic attended a high school at which she was physically very active, as she played several sports such as tennis and soccer while she also ran track, and it was while attending her senior year that her father started teaching her how to fire various weapons.
She matriculated in 2011 and then apparently enrolled at a college from which she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2015, but then didn’t work in her field of studies, but rather focused on her career on the internet.
Career as a YouTuber and other ventures
Besides her career as a YouTuber, Gun Chic is a pistol instructor and holds her National Rifle Association (NRA) Pistol Instructor Certificate which allows her to teach people how to shoot from nearly 20 weapons – some of the tests she has passed include Tactical Shotgun – Tactical Response, Red Dawn Response – Tactical Insider and 2-Day Active Shooter – Battleline Tactical.
As she has written on her website, Gun Chic uploads videos to encourage women to learn self-defense as it is ‘the most fundamental attribute’ which also helped make the US what it is today.
She is also a skilled martial artist, who has been taking Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lessons for years now.
Gun Chic is active on various other social media networks including Facebook, on which there are over 15,000 people following her page, and she is also active on Instagram where she counts around 21,500 followers and more than 500 pictures uploaded onto her account. She is also making money by selling her merchandise on the internet.
There are rumors circulating the internet that Gun Chic worked as a stripper before she became active on the internet, but she hasn’t commented on these rumors.
Love life and relationships
Gun Chic has been dating the same man, known only as Hoskins for years now. According to the rumors, they started dating while Gun Chic was still working as a stripper, as Hoskins is also good with weapons and allegedly has several at his home. A person once tried to rob him with a shotgun, and during the fight, the gun fired and the robber was killed.
Gun Chic was even punched in the face and according to the rumors, there were two burglars but the other one got away after his friend was shot dead.
Gun Chic and her boyfriend are making videos together today, and Hoskins can be seen featured in many of these. It appears as they have agreed not to marry and not to have children anytime soon and as of September 2020, Gun Chic is in a relationship, she hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.
Hobbies and other interests
One of her main hobbies is working out, and she has three to four training sessions at the gym each week, while she is also following a somewhat strict diet, but allows herself one cheat meal a day, for which she usually chooses pizza and ice cream.
Summer is her favorite season as she likes to show off her body at the beach and swim in the ocean, while she also knows how to paddleboard.
Gun Chic is a huge lover of animals and has recently saved a fawn after finding it alone in her friend’s backyard – she fed the fawn and then returned her to the backyard when her mother together with her entire heard came for her baby.
In her spare time, Gun Chic likes to watch action movies, and some of her favorite actors are Steven Seagal, Tom Cruise and Jackie Chan, and some of the movies she likes to watch the most are “Under Siege”, “Above the Law” and “The Glimmer Man”.
