Devin D. Ratray was born in New York City, USA, under the zodiac sign of Capricorn on the 11th January 1977, into the family of actors Peter Ratray and Ann Willis. He is of American nationality and white ethnicity, and has a brother named Luke. Following the success of these engagements, in the following year, Ratray appeared in the comedy film “Dennis the Menace”.
In 1996 Devin appeared in an episode of the critically praised TV crime series “New York Undercover”, after which he was cast as Cal in the 1997 drama movie “Strong Island Boys”.
